54 Years old female with past history of 2 Cesarian sections, open hysterectomy 3 months back, umbilical hernia repair 2 months back. Referral doctor had attempted Laparoscopic Vesicovaginal Fistula Repair (VVF) during hernia surgery but could not proceed due to dense adhesions.
Hence patient was referred for VVF repair. Patient had dense intra abdominal adhesions. During adhesiolysis patient had inadvertent bowel injury which was repaired in 2 layers.
Patient discharged on 5th day post op. Catheter removed, no urine leak.
